Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on defective purchases and will do everything possible to ensure you receive the item/items you purchase in an acceptable working condition. In the event we cannot come to a mutual agreement on reparations for a defective item that you purchased you may return the item for a full refund. In the event you wish to return an item that is NOT broken or defective, the item must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred.
Shipping Policy
How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?
To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. You can then view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable! Unless otherwise stated, all products DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page.
Where am I able to ship my order to?
Your Company Name Here currently markets to the contiguous 48 states of USA. Products that ship from US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees which will need to be paid as C.O.D. directly to the shipping Carrier delivering the package. Shipments to Canada or other countries should be verified before making your purchase.
Who do you use to ship?
We utilize common carriers for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, or DHL depending on the circumstances. Sorry, the choice of shipping carrier used for any particular order is made from the warehouse the order ships from, and cannot be chosen in advance.
Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?
We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.
How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Although every effort is made to process and ship your order within three business days, shipping time is dependent on stock availability. If an out-of-stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction.
Can I ship to my residence?
Our common carrier charges extra for residential deliveries. (As much as $200 extra). If you agree to pay the additional fees, we will happily ship to your residence. The preferred shipping destination is a business address.
