Limited Warranty Information

Salon and Spa Group, LLC (SSG) is committed to providing our customers with the highest standards in products and service. SSG expressly warrants only to the original registered purchaser and owner of a SSG pedi-spa. SSG may repair or exchange, at it's discretion, any part found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by SSG. This warranty covers the following:

Re-circulating pump/Clean-Jet - 1 Year

Electric Motor - 1 Year

Pedicure Tub Shell - 1 Year

Any optional accessories - 90 Days

This warranty is limited solely to the above and applies only for the period set forth.

The warranteed pedi-spa part is limited to repairing or replacing with a part of comparable style and size. The owner must ship to SSG, at their own cost the broken part for inspection. After inspection, SSG will send a new or replacement part. Owner must pay all shipping and labor charges necessary to replace or repair the pedi-spa. No consequential, incidental or contingent damages will be allowed for any instance.

PLEASE NOTE:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty is voided if the pedi-spa is removed from it's original place of installation, or is not installed in accordance with federal, state or local codes and ordinances. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply if the pedi-spa has been subject to misapplication, improper installation, improper maintenance, negligence or other circumstances beyond SSG's control.

Important Exclusions

  1. Damage to pump and/or motor parts due to loss of prime or obstruction in plumbing line.

  2. Staining, fading, or discoloration of plastic surfaces due to exposure to direct sunlight and/or by the use of harmful cleaning agents or chemicals

  3. Staining, fading, or discoloration caused by improper or poor water additives not related to maintenance of proper water are not covered by this warranty.

  4. Cracking, chipping, breakage of glass or any structural damage to synthetic and/or glass basins caused by accident, falling objects, standing in or on, misuse, or improper cleaning products.

  5. Installation of SSG's pedi-spa that is not in accordance with SSG's installation instructions and meeting ALL installation codes and ordinances from local, state and/or federal authorities.

  6. Staining, fading or discoloration of vinyl/leather seat, armrest or footrest.

  7. If the product is not registered properly by the original purchaser/owner, SSG reserves the right to not honor this warranty.

The owner agrees, by using SSG's pedi-spa, that the obligation of SSG shall not extend to indirect or contingent damage, or injury, which may result from such use that the obligation of SSG is limited to those set forth herein, and that other obligation, expressed or implied are assumed.

No dealer or third party has any authority to alter or direct any warranty or representation regarding SSG or it's products. Accordingly, SSG will be responsible for any fabrication.
